Shipping & Returns
We offer Free Delivery Worldwide. We only offer delivery options that are secure and trackable and we e-mail you the tracking number so you can watch your order progress.
Orders will be delivered according to the option you have chosen and paid for on our website. If your order is urgent please call us and check availability before ordering. Since not all of our products are in stock, please account the time indicated on the product’s page. Europe is normally 3-6 days from date of despatch and outside Europe is normally 3-6 Days from date of despatch.
Customers may incur some small Duty or Tax payment on delivery depending on your country’s import laws. (This is not SourceCulture’s responsibility). This is paid to the courier on delivery as they fast track customs by paying the duty for you. In the event of replacements or repairs being sent to non-EU countries NO duty is normally charged at the receiving end.
Ordering through the web site uses advanced SSL technology and is secure.
For payment we accept credit cards: Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Paypal.
We carry out automated credit checks with the issuers on each transaction so it is important the billing address is accurate and we will only deliver to this address.
We use industry standard 128 bit SSL secure server technology to keep all the details you send over the internet safe.
SourceCulture may contact your bank and the relevant authorities if we suspect any card details or transaction to be fraudulent. This may delay orders but is carried out in the interest of SourceCulture and the genuine card holder.
The payment will be instantly deducted from the credit/debit card you entered once you press the “Place Order” button. If the products are unsuitable in anyway we give a full refund less the outward postage or an exchange.
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied please return the item to us within 14 days (28 days for international). To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tickets and tags attached. Following inspection of the returned item we will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs if applicable). We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase.
Please enclose your details and the order number which is to be found on your email invoice.If returning please use any postal service WITH TRACKING AND EMAIL THE NUMBER TO US because if the product does not arrive back to the craftsmen or designer, we will not be able to refund you.
You must write “RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER” on the customs form and parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges. You must ALSO tick the RETURNED GOODS box on the customs declaration documents. If this box is not ticked we will recover the costs from you or return the shoes to you.
The products AND box must be returned in the same saleable condition, products will not be accepted where there are signs of wear. We suggest trying shoes on carpet only.
All returns should be sent to the address where it came from, if for some reason the address is unreadable or is difficult to understand, please contact us via phone or email and we will give you send you the correct address.
